COURSE OVERVIEW
The MABC IV Vitamin Therapy Certification Program is a comprehensive beginner-to-intermediate training designed for licensed healthcare professionals looking to expand their clinical skills in intravenous nutrient therapy. This program provides students with the essential theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience required to safely and effectively administer IV vitamin and nutrient infusions.
Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of patient assessment, IV vitamin therapy principles, nutrient formulations, venipuncture techniques, infusion protocols, client safety, contraindications, emergency procedures, and treatment planning. Students will learn how IV therapy can be utilized to support hydration, wellness, recovery, energy support, and overall patient care.
The course combines theoretical education with intensive practical training to ensure students develop both confidence and clinical competency in administering IV vitamin therapy treatments.
Training is conducted using professional-grade IV therapy equipment, supplies, and protocols commonly utilized in modern wellness and medical clinics.

PART 2 — IN-PERSON THEORY & HANDS-ON TRAINING

Students will attend an intensive in-person training day at MABC’s clinical training facility where they will receive instructor-led theory review followed by extensive hands-on practical experience performing IV vitamin therapy procedures.
Participants will observe live demonstrations before performing procedures under the supervision of experienced trainers in a controlled clinical environment.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
This course is open exclusively to:
• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs/LPNs)

• Physicians
Participants must hold an active healthcare license and be legally permitted to perform venipuncture and intravenous therapy procedures within their professional scope of practice.
CERTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive an official Board-Certified Certification from MABC – Medical Aesthetics Board of Canada recognizing completion of the IV Vitamin Therapy Training Program.
