COURSE OVERVIEW

The MABC Advanced Dermaplaning Certification Program is an advanced-level training designed for beauty and aesthetic professionals looking to elevate their dermaplaning skills and expand their treatment offerings. This program provides students with the essential theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience required to safely and effectively perform advanced dermaplaning procedures and combination treatments.

Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of advanced dermaplaning techniques, treatment customization, client assessment, combination therapy applications, contraindications, safety protocols, and treatment planning. Students will learn how to enhance treatment outcomes by integrating dermaplaning into comprehensive skin rejuvenation protocols while addressing a variety of client concerns and skin conditions.

The course combines advanced theoretical education with intensive practical training to ensure students develop both confidence and competency in performing advanced dermaplaning treatments.

Training is conducted using professional-grade dermaplaning tools, products, and protocols commonly utilized in modern aesthetic and medical skincare clinics.

PART 2 — IN-PERSON THEORY & HANDS-ON TRAINING

Students will attend an intensive in-person training day at MABC’s clinical training facility where they will receive instructor-led theory review followed by extensive hands-on practical experience performing advanced dermaplaning procedures.
